We are pleased to announce for our first Guest Chef Evening we have invited not one, but two Ramsdens to our Kitchen! – Rosie and James Ramsden, London based cooks and published writers of Delicious Magazine and Secret Larder Club fame, have concocted the perfect mouthwatering four course menu for a warm summers eve, served from our Café kitchen with live music.

Dukkah - Egyptian spice blend of toasted nuts and seeds, has become a international favorite over the past few years.
Merguez - Red spicy sausage typically found in north African cuisine.
Romesco - is a nut and red pepper-based sauce from Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain.
Miso –Traditional Japanese seasoning made from fermented soya beans.
